Reporting Line

Region Sales Manager - Western USA

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our installed base and gaining new market share for process control customers in Process Automation ENERGY across the IA, MN, NE, SD, ND, WY, MT territory. Reporting to the Western Regional Sales Manager, you will coordinate sales activities, creating value for customers and ABB by selling process control, power management, excitation power/controls, digital analytics, and cybersecurity engineered solutions. Our ENERGY segment includes Utility, Oil, Gas, Chemical, Alternative Fuels, Pharma, and Water/Wastewater sectors.

The work model for this role is: #LI - Remote

This position contributes to the Process Automation Energy Industries Division.

Main Responsibilities
  • Developing and implementing account plans and growth strategies.
  • Acquiring new logos and converting competitors' installed base customers to ABB process automation.
  • Providing solutions aligned with volume, mix, and profitability targets.
