As an Account Manager at AGCO, you will oversee dealer management in Texas and Louisiana, focusing on performance and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include finance, marketing, after-sales support, and product supply coordination. You will drive sales growth, maximize profitability, and increase market share by developing strategies, building dealer relationships, and analyzing market trends.

Your Impact
  • Manage dealer targets (sales, profit, market share, loyalty) within your territory, building relationships through credibility, coaching, and leading by example.
  • Develop sales plans addressing current and future customer needs; conduct structured sales visits to dealerships.
  • Assist dealers with retail customer calls to enhance credibility and help close deals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with coaching, reviewing, tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Ensure dealer compliance with administrative requirements like settlements, warranty registrations, dealer excellence, and DSSA.
Your Experience and Qualifications
  • Degree in Agriculture or related business fields.
  • 5+ years in machinery or technical equipment sales, or 4+ years in dealer-based sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to influence without authority and build relationships with dealers, farmers, and stakeholders.
  • Self-driven personality.
