Job summary

Wallace Finance, part of Wallace Management Company, is seeking an Account Manager to deliver outstanding customer service and positive loan experiences at our Alabama branches. This full‑time role emphasizes friendly in‑person or phone interactions, accurate documentation, and timely payments processing.

You will build and maintain strong customer relationships, contact customers about overdue payments, assist with loan applications and status updates, and work with management to uphold branch

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accurate documentation and data entry.
• Ability to handle payments and loan processing.

Responsibilities

• Provide quick and friendly customer service in person or by phone.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and update loan status.
• Contact customers about overdue payments and assist with repayment plans.
• Partner with Management to uphold branch standards and support growth.

Account Manager Role Responsibilities include:

• Providing quick and friendly customer service either in person or over the phone to assist with questions, or taking and posting loan payments
• Preparing loan documents and managing the application process
• Creating and maintaining positive customer relationships and keeping in contact with our customers regarding their loan status
• Contacting customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments
• Partnering with Management to maintain branch operating standards and grow the business

This position may require occasional travel.
