Job summary

Wallace Management Company LLC is seeking an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service, answer questions, and assist with loan payments in person or by phone. You will prepare loan documents and maintain positive relationships with customers while guiding them through the application and repayment processes.

• Provide quick and friendly customer service to assist with questions or loan payments.
• Prepare loan documents and manage the application process.
• Create and maintain positive customer relationships and keep in contact regarding loan status.
• Contact customers to help them get back on track if they have overdue payments.
• Partner with management to maintain branch standards and grow the business.
