Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Account Manager to be the primary contact for key customer accounts within a manufacturing environment. You will build long-term relationships, support commercial activities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of customer programs.

The ideal candidate is relationship-driven, commercially minded, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience managing key customer accounts in a manufacturing setting.
• Own RFQs, quotes, pricing discussions, and proposals.
• Commercial experience including pricing, contract discussions, profitability reviews, and negotiations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Operations, and Manufacturing.
• Experience handling customer issues, quality concerns, and engineering changes for accounts.
• Strong CRM and communication abilities; proficient with ERP and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and strengthen existing customer relationships.
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally and the voice of the company externally.
• Coordinate RFQs, quotations, pricing activities, and customer requests.
• Partner with internal departments to resolve quality, delivery, and commercial issues.
• Conduct account reviews, forecasting, and strategic planning activities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
• Ensure successful communication and collaboration throughout the product lifecycle.

They demonstrate strong ownership of customer accounts, understand manufacturing operations, and can successfully manage complex customer relationships while supporting long-term business objectives.
