• Expand Your Network: Represent the company within industry organizations and build relationships that can lead to new business opportunities.
• Customize Your Offerings: Work with customers to understand their needs and develop short- and long-term plans for their buildings.
• Prepare Bids and Contracts: Learn to create repair proposals, conduct site surveys, review blueprints, and partner with operations teams to prepare and present service contract bids.
• Build Your Industry Knowledge: Learn the company's products and services, local elevator codes, and industry best practices through ongoing training and education.

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our client's team in Columbus, OH. In this role, you'll help drive revenue growth and service excellence for elevator service and repair accounts across your territory.

What You'll Do:

You'll play a key role in developing and maintaining service and repair accounts, fostering strong relationships with customers, and delivering high-quality support to keep vertical transportation moving efficiently and effectively.

What You Bring to the Team:

• An interest in building a career in sales and account management
• Relevant sales, customer service, business development, or internship experience is a plus, but not required
• Recent college graduates with relevant coursework, internships, or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply
• A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and follow-up habits
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence interacting with customers and presenting information
• Salesforce experience and/or familiarity with blueprints or architectural drawings is a plus
