Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Account Manager. The responsibilities include managing client accounts, building relationships, driving business growth, handling sales inquiries, resolving client issues, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, and Sales
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Experience in the HVAC industry is required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated with willingness to cover the eastern half of Tennessee from Nashville to the eastern state border
  • Knowledge of distribution processes
  • Industrial sales background is a plus, especially related to A/C & D/C motors, pumps, VFDs, and circuit boards
