Job summary

Spectrum Quartz in Chantilly, VA is seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and manage key relationships in the quartz/natural stone sector. The role focuses on partnering with kitchen & bath pros, fabricators, and retailers to expand accounts and meet sales targets.

You will leverage Salesforce daily, identify opportunities, and represent the brand at trade shows, with 80-90% travel within the territory. A strong sales background and CRM experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales or design industry experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and attention to detail.
• Clean driving and criminal record.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with kitchen & bath professionals, fabricators, and retailers.
• Stay up-to-date on Spectrum Quartz product knowledge and industry trends.
• Follow up on leads and referrals, developing trusted advisor relationships with key partners.
• Represent Spectrum Quartz at trade shows, marketing events, and industry associations.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts to meet sales quotas.
• Use Salesforce daily to log customer visits, forecast, and track customer metrics using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with center managers to grow territory performance and report on initiatives.
• Resolve client issues and ensure top-tier customer satisfaction.
