Job summary

ESS, a nationwide education staffing company, seeks an Account Manager to oversee daily operations for the Butler Area School District. You will coordinate ESS staff and district administrators to ensure high-quality service delivery and contract compliance.

Responsibilities include site visits, staff leadership, board presentations, and recruiting efforts, with an emphasis on customer service and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in management or leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

OVERVIEW: The Account Manager is responsible for managing the overall daily operations, activities, and staff within

Butler Area School District, acting as a liaison between ESS staff members, school district administrators and the corporate office to ensure the delivery of quality services.
