Job summary

ESS in Ocala, FL is seeking a proactive Recruitment Specialist to source and hire substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff for Marion County Public Schools. You will apply proven methods to attract diverse candidates, attend local career fairs, and share compelling information about ESS and available positions.

• Provide accurate and inspiring information to candidates about the company and available positions.
• Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organizations to attract a diverse group of candidates with a focus on college graduates and certified teachers.
• Extend offers of employment to selected candidates.
• Work cooperatively with all members of the team.
• Complete special projects as needed.
• Regular, in-person attendance is required.

OVERVIEW

The successful candidate is responsible for exercising a variety of strategies to recruit a high volume of talented and qualified substitute teachers, paraprofessionals, and school support staff to work with ESS clients within Marion County Public Schools.
