• Willing to obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 days.
• Willing to obtain PA Life Insurance License within 30 days.
• Proficient with computers and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
• Handle new customer onboarding and follow agency processes
• Field inbound calls and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products

This position is responsible for servicing existing clients and welcoming new customers to the agency while establishing a rewarding career with unlimited potential. The ideal candidate should be a goal driven individual who appreciates a small office and a fast paced work environment.

Candidates must be motivated to provide excellent customer service, have outstanding communication skills, work well on a team and work under pressure with minimum supervision.
