The Atlantic District in Stroudsburg is seeking an insurance professional to connect with local families and businesses, understanding their needs and tailoring coverage that fits. You will explain terms clearly, manage requests, and guide clients through the sales process with a friendly, client-centered approach.

Ideal candidates bring PA P&C licensing, sales or client-facing experience, and comfort with policy management platforms.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license.
• Solid understanding of insurance policy structures and coverage options.
• Previous experience in a sales or client-facing role.
• Clear and professional communication skills, both in person and on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Connect with local community members to understand their personal or business insurance requirements.
• Create customized coverage plans that provide real security for our clients.
• Explain complex insurance terms in plain language that helps our customers feel confident in their decisions.
• Manage incoming requests and provide timely, helpful guidance throughout the sales process.
• Keep accurate records of interactions and policy changes using our office systems.
• Collaborate with the rest of the staff to ensure our office remains a welcoming and reliable resource for the Stroudsburg community.
