Job summary

Burchfield Insurance Agency in Bedford, PA seeks a motivated sales professional to drive new business and build a rewarding career in auto and homeowners insurance. You will quote, present products, and close deals in a friendly, professional office.

A PA license within 15 days is required; one year of customer-facing experience and strong attention to detail are preferred. We offer a base pay plus uncapped monthly incentive, a great schedule (Monday–Friday), and a supportive team environment

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Obtain PA Property & Casualty or Personal Lines Insurance License within 15 days.
• 1 Year of customer facing experience.
• Be highly attentive to details.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recognize and qualify personal insurance opportunities in person, online, by phone, and through electronic communication
• Confidently prepare quotes and present insurance products using agency technology and software with the ability to close deals
• Communicate with managers and coworkers in a friendly & professional manner
• Follow all company rules and regulations
• Assist customers with policy questions and endorsements
