THE SEALS is seeking an Account Manager to service existing customers and generate new orders for refrigeration gaskets across Beaverton, OR. You will perform quarterly inspections, fulfill orders, and help grow the customer base for our local franchise.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting to decision-makers, building relationships, managing a CRM, and ensuring smooth transitions to operations. A strong B2B sales track record and reliable transportation are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience using CRM tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of service-based industries is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic handyman skills.

Job Summary

Account Manager (AM) is responsible for providing quarterly inspections for our existing customers to generate new orders. In most cases, the AM will be responsible for performing the labor to fulfill the order. A portion of your time will also be spent generating new business opportunities and growing the customer base for The Seals franchise.
