Primary Goal
Markaaz is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to support its highest-priority strategic accounts. Reporting directly to the General Manager, Global Partnerships and Key Accounts, the Account Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day relationship, ensuring client success, and identifying growth opportunities within the account. This role requires a hands-on partner who can deeply understand the client’s business, support effective adoption of Markaaz’s platform and data solutions, and drive expansion through trusted guidance and cross-functional collaboration. The Account Manager will work closely with the VP of Program Delivery and other internal teams to deliver outstanding client service and ensure long-term partnership success.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned strategic account, acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring successful onboarding, training, and ongoing utilization of Markaaz’s platform and data products.
- Help facilitate and drive account growth by identifying new use cases and expansion opportunities across additional business units or markets. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s needs, organizational structure, technology stack, implementation environment, and success metrics.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Data, Operations) to deliver timely and high-quality outputs aligned with client needs.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, deliverables, and KPIs to ensure alignment with the account’s goals.
- Support the General Manager of Global Partnerships and Key Accounts in strategic planning, meeting preparation, and executive reporting.
- Partner with the VP of Program Delivery to deliver client training sessions, develop usage guides, and provide continuous support to optimize adoption and value realization.
- Ensure the client is effectively using Markaaz data, proactively addressing questions or issues.
- Prepare and deliver regular status updates, performance reports, and recommendations to leadership and client stakeholders.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and deepen relationships.
- Partner with Markaaz Product, Technology, and Data teams to understand offerings, communicate value propositions, and relay client needs for future solutions.
- Continuously seek opportunities to strengthen client relationships, driving retention and expansion.
Minimum Education and Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients.
- Strong understanding of B2B business needs, data challenges, and technology implementation.
- Experience with Salesforce, Adobe, and other sales/project management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- High attention to detail and commitment to client service.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
