Position Overview

The Government Account Manager will be responsible for sales of the Fujifilm Healthcare Americas Corporation’s (HCUS) full portfolio (Endoscopy, Modality Solutions, and Medical Informatics) to key Federal Government medical treatment facilities, with a focus on the Department of Defense (DOD), Veterans Health Administration (VHA), and Indian Health Services (IHS), as well as select State agencies within a defined territory. The primary responsibility is to achieve or exceed defined annual budgets through strategic planning, relationship building, new account targeting, extensive product knowledge, and exceptional customer service. The focus will be on decision makers and influencers within Radiology, Biomedical, Women’s Healthcare, and Surgery, including Radiologists, Directors, Biomed Chiefs, Surgeons, and Surgery Administrators. The role involves working across HCUS's business areas to support existing and new initiatives, ensuring customer satisfaction and territory coverage.

Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed sales goals by calling on Government hospitals and facilities within the assigned geography.
  • Drive sales of HCUS portfolio products and expand installed base.
  • Develop strategic business plans for key government accounts.
  • Produce accurate forecasts and close sales within the territory.
  • Leverage specialists and sales team members for technical and clinical sales needs.
Customer Intimacy
  • Support effective communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Provide market intelligence and recommendations to stakeholders.
Sales Operations
  • Prepare quotes, contracts, and site configurations following policies.
  • Use CRM tools effectively to manage opportunities and account activities.
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful installations and customer satisfaction.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Achieve sales quotas and contribute to a positive customer experience.
Other Requirements
  • Comply with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Experience
  • 4+ years selling to Federal Government accounts (preferred).
  • 4+ years medical sales experience, especially in Medical Imaging (preferred).
Educational Requirements
  • BA/BS preferred.
Skills and Other Requirements
  • Proven sales success, excellent communication, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Physical and Travel Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, lift up to 10 lbs, and travel up to 80%.
