Job Summary

As an Account Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of assigned clients and develop new business from existing partners. You will manage the day-to-day of the account to ensure performance meets or exceeds client expectations, promote growth, strengthen relationships, and maintain overall account health.

Who You Are

  • You have knowledge of insurance or have previously worked in insurtech (bonus if health or long-term care).
  • You are skilled at building rapport and trusted relationships with c-suite executives.
  • You quickly gain subject matter expertise (e.g., claims process, insured’s customer journey).
  • You are data-driven and results-oriented.
  • You can manage a complex and diverse range of projects simultaneously.
  • You are passionate about helping others and problem-solving.
  • You can juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
  • You are 18 years of age or older.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience (preferred).
  • 3-5 years of account management and/or enterprise sales experience.
  • Experience with tools like Zoom, Slack, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Keynote (Bonus if familiar with Tableau, Front, Notion).

What You’ll Do

  • Manage existing accounts to ensure performance, renewals, and expansion.
  • Meet or exceed contractual SLA and KPI metrics.
  • Identify operational barriers and collaborate internally to improve outcomes.
  • Introduce new usage, tools, and products to partners.
  • Present findings and account reports to stakeholders.
  • Own monthly reporting, including data analysis and ROI presentation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve partner challenges and explore opportunities.
  • Assist with new partner onboarding and product launches.
  • Maintain accurate notes of partner interactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
