Qualifications

• BA/BS or 3-5 years of work experience in related field.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, file sharing systems, accounting software, and CMMS.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Identifiable business skills in synthesizing and simplifying complex information.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of account specialists to manage customer and vendor communication.
• Serve as liaison for portfolio-level relationships with customers and vendors.
• Develop pricing estimates for services including subcontractor and vendor support.
• Review contracts to confirm in/out of scope.
• Support small-scale project management and coordinate on-site visits.
• Organize account management and project performance tracking.
• On-board new projects to the Strata Solar Services portfolio.
• Assist business development for add-on work and RFP responses.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solar service solutions.
• Produce site performance, customer reports, and executive summaries.
