Job summary
Strata Clean Energy seeks an experienced Business Development professional to lead strategic growth of its Operations & Maintenance division. You will drive proposal development for O&M services on solar PV and Battery Energy Storage System projects, crafting executive summaries, service descriptions, pricing narratives, and capability statements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA a plus.
- 5–7 years in business development or sales in renewables (Solar/BESS).
- Proven track record in developing and executing business strategies and closing deals.
- Experience with O&M services for renewables is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Solar PV and BESS technologies and O&M requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end proposal development for O&M contracts, ensuring timely, compliant submissions.
- Write and coordinate technical and commercial proposal content, pricing narratives, and capability statements.
- Develop pricing strategies and cost models with Business Operations for competitive bids.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on proposal content and client needs.
- Serve as primary client contact during negotiation and post-sales phases.
