This dynamic role involves working with various customers to ensure their orders and accounts are up to date, providing essential support, and collaborating with our Operations Department to ensure timely deliveries. Responsibilities

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  2. Sales Growth & Account Expansion: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, introduce new products, and maximize revenue from assigned accounts.
  3. New Customer Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and effective introduction to products and services.
  4. Customer Re-engagement: Reconnect with previous customers to revive relationships and present new offerings.
  5. Product Education & Support: Act as a key point of contact for customers, providing expert guidance on product usage and value.
  6. Collaboration with Inside Sales & Marketing: Work closely with the Sales Team, R&D, and Marketing to align strategies and drive customer engagement.

Qualifications

  1. 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success.
  2. Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  3. Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
  4. Ability to identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
  5. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
  6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively.
