Job Description:

As the Inside Sales Representative - Account Management for our Moen brand, you will work with the Field Sales region to drive sales through project opportunity management, aiming to meet or exceed sales goals. This role is developmental, preparing you for a future Field Sales position.

Location: Remote, based in Atlanta, GA, with up to 10% travel for customer meetings.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Account Ownership: Drive sales and profitability for assigned regional accounts.
  2. Selling: Support revenue goals by promoting products and increasing average unit price.
  3. Cross-Sell: Maximize cross-selling and customer share of spend.
  4. Opportunity Management: Create, manage, and close sales opportunities.
  5. Territory Management: Maintain relationships with wholesale, contractor, and builder markets.
  6. Support regional priorities and collaborate with managers.
  7. Provide administrative and technical support to field sales.
  8. Coordinate Fulfillment: Identify projects requiring supply chain planning.
  9. Leverage Moen systems (SAP CRM, CJQ, QlikView) and MS Office Suite proficiently.

Qualifications:

Basic:

  • Strong listening and communication skills, energetic, enthusiastic, and enduring.
  • At least 1 year of sales experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships.
  • Willing to travel up to 10%.
  • Driven to succeed in a competitive environment.
  • Willing to relocate for a field sales role within 3 years.

Nice to Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree.

Additional Information:
