• 3–5 years in account management or related customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client relationships with knowledge of benefit plans and Accredo offerings.
• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and referral sources and handle inquiries and escalations.
• Provide proactive consultation, analysis, and issue resolution for Accredo core services.
