Responsibilities

• Jira support: Review tickets, clean up information, follow up on missing details, and flag items needing AM attention.
• NetSuite updates: Complete routine account, contact, project, and job updates.
• Job management: Monitor job status, organize next steps, and route questions appropriately.
• Document management: Maintain Account Management resources and archive outdated materials.
• Special projects: Support data cleanup, reporting, research, process documentation, and departmental initiatives.
• After demonstrating accuracy and process knowledge, assist with proof reviews, inventory management, basic ticket troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and special mailings.
