Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end Prime Brokerage client activities and act as escalation point for service-related tasks.
• Coordinate with Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Risk, and other lines of business.
• Provide client updates on industry developments and regulatory changes.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with client goals and JPMorgan capabilities.
• Lead client interactions, service reviews, and account planning; review balances, P&L, and cash management.
• Ensure compliance in KYC processes and risk escalation for overdrafts and unpaid bills.
• Assist with incremental account setups and liaise with Implementations for correct onboarding.
