Job summary

J.P. Morgan Asset Management seeks a Client Account Manager – Senior Associate to deliver exceptional service to institutional clients in the asset management space.

You will be the daily service contact for a defined client group, support client advisors, and collaborate with the COM team to onboard new accounts and align investment guidelines. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5-7 years of experience at an asset management firm with client service background.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused with ability to understand clients’ service needs.
• Highly accurate with strong attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities; able to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned group of clients, supporting a client advisor and client account manager(s).
• Manage onboarding with COM team for account setup and communication with clients and third parties.
• Communicate significant client issues to internal stakeholders and document/escalate as appropriate.
• Attend client meetings and events as appropriate (due diligence, etc.).
• Maintain client records, coordinate cash flows and asset transfers, verify eligibility for fund participation, and respond to auditors and third-party requests.
• Support client-related business and regulatory initiatives.
