Job summary

JPMorganChase in New York seeks a Senior Client Account Manager to deliver outstanding service to institutional clients, acting as day-to-day service contact and coordinating with internal teams. You will manage onboarding, client communications, and ensure regulatory and business changes are conveyed; attend meetings and maintain client records, invoices, and transfer requests.

You will collaborate with senior colleagues to support key relationships and contribute to a dedicated service team

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience at an asset management firm with a background in client service.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Client-focused and able to understand clients' service needs.
• Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to multi-task and manage complex assignments.
• Flexible/able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day client service contact for assigned clients, supporting a client advisor and client account manager(s).
• Oversee onboarding processes with COM team for account set-up and agreements.
• Communicate regulatory and business changes to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attend client meetings and events as appropriate.
• Maintain client records, coordinate cash flows and asset transfers, and respond to third-party requests.
• Escalate significant client issues internally as needed.
• Participate in client-impacting business and regulatory projects.
