Job description

Reports To: Account Management / Leadership

Lavish Branding Group helps companies bring their brands to life through branded merchandise, corporate gifting, employee programs, events, marketing campaigns, and custom fulfillment solutions.

We believe branded merchandise should be creative, intentional, and something people actually want to receive.

We love great products, thoughtful packaging, clever campaigns, and finding ways to make a brand memorable.

Through our SaaS platform, clients also have access to customized online dashboards where they can view and manage inventory, coordinate product movement, support marketing campaigns, manage gifting and employee programs, and oversee their branded merchandise in one centralized location.

We combine creativity and technology with hands-on account management, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics to make managing branded merchandise easier—and better—for our clients.

The Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and creatively minded Account Management & Project Assistant to support our client accounts and help bring projects to life.

This role sits at the intersection of creativity, client service, technology, project coordination, inventory management, marketing, and fulfillment.

While you won't be responsible for primary product sourcing or developing client product presentations, we want someone who is genuinely excited about what we're creating.

When a unique product comes through the office, we want you to want to see it. When we're developing packaging for a corporate gift, we want you to care about how the finished package comes together. When a client is launching a campaign, we want you to understand why the details matter.

You don't need to be a designer, but you do need to appreciate good design, great merchandise, and creative ideas.

Account management will lead client relationships, strategy, sourcing, and product recommendations. You'll help take those ideas and turn them into well-executed projects.

What You'll Do:
  • Become highly proficient in Lavish Branding Group's SaaS platform and client-facing dashboards
  • Assist with setting up, maintaining, and updating client dashboards
  • Help onboard clients and users to their online dashboards
  • Communicate with clients about accessing, navigating, and utilizing their dashboards
  • Assist clients with routine dashboard questions and requests
  • Maintain accurate product, inventory, shipping, and program information within the platform
  • Help troubleshoot basic platform issues and escalated technical issues when necessary
  • Make sure client dashboards remain organized, accurate, and up to date
  • Help clients understand and take advantage of the tools available to them
  • Monitor and maintain accurate client inventory information
  • Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment partners
  • Assist with inventory counts, adjustments, and reconciliations
  • Monitor inventory levels and flag products that may need attention
  • Track incoming inventory and outgoing product
  • Process client fulfillment requests
  • Coordinate shipments for events, employee programs, gifting campaigns, and other initiatives
  • Verify shipping information, quantities, and deadlines
  • Track shipments and communicate delivery information
  • Help resolve routine fulfillment and delivery issues
Marketing Campaigns & Creative Projects
  • Assist with the execution of branded marketing campaigns and creative client projects
  • Help coordinate merchandise, packaging, printed materials, inserts, and other campaign components
  • Organize recipient lists, shipping information, quantities, and timelines
  • Coordinate campaign fulfillment and distribution
  • Track campaign progress and delivery
  • Pay attention to the presentation and details of finished projects—not simply whether something shipped
  • Understand the creative concept behind a project so the execution supports the original vision
  • Bring enthusiasm and curiosity to new merchandise, packaging ideas, gifting concepts, and client campaigns
  • Be willing to contribute ideas and observations when you see an opportunity to make something better
Corporate Mailers & Gifting
  • Assist with corporate mailers, gifting initiatives, and direct-to-recipient programs
  • Organize and review recipient and mailing lists
  • Verify addresses and recipient information
  • Coordinate products, packaging, inserts, cards, and other components
  • Work with fulfillment partners to communicate project requirements and deadlines
  • Coordinate personalized or variable components when applicable
  • Track shipments, deliveries, returns, and undeliverable packages
  • Help make sure the finished recipient experience reflects the quality of the client's brand
Order & Project Coordination
  • Assist with processing approved client orders
  • Maintain purchase orders and project documentation
  • Confirm quantities, sizes, colors, artwork, shipping information, and deadlines
  • Track proofs and approvals
  • Follow up with vendors regarding active orders
  • Track incoming shipments and inventory
  • Keep project statuses current within internal systems
  • Help keep projects moving from approval through final delivery
Account Management & Client Support
  • Provide day-to-day project and administrative support to account management
  • Organize client requests, active projects, deadlines, and outstanding items
  • Assist with routine client communication and project updates
  • Follow up on information needed to keep projects moving
  • Maintain accurate client and project records
  • Become familiar with our clients, their brands, and their ongoing programs
  • Communicate professionally with clients by email and phone
  • Walk clients through their online dashboards when needed
  • Help account management stay organized across multiple clients and projects
  • Anticipate next steps rather than waiting to be asked about every detail
The Person We’re Looking For:

Organization and attention to detail are essential for this position—but we're equally interested in your curiosity, creativity, energy, and desire to grow.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Gets excited about creative projects and enjoys seeing an idea become a finished product
  • Has a genuine interest in brands, marketing, merchandise, gifting, packaging, events, or design
  • Notices great branding and appreciates thoughtful details
  • Is curious about new products, trends, packaging, and creative ideas
  • Cares about how something looks and feels when it reaches the end recipient
  • Wants to understand why we're doing something, not simply complete a task
  • Has ideas and isn't afraid to share them
  • Is extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Has excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Is comfortable interacting directly with clients
  • Is tech-savvy and excited to learn our SaaS platform
  • Takes ownership, follows through, and looks for what needs to happen next
  • Is comfortable wearing different hats and jumping in where needed
  • Wants to be part of a small, collaborative team where everyone's contribution matters
  • Is excited by the opportunity to grow alongside a growing company
  • Sees this position as an opportunity to learn the business, take on more responsibility, and build a career—not simply fill an assistant role
What Success Looks Like:

A successful Account Management & Project Assistant becomes the operational right hand to account management while also becoming genuinely invested in our clients, our work, and our company. You know what's happening inside our clients' dashboards. You understand their inventory. You know which campaigns and fulfillment projects are underway. You follow up on missing information, track shipments, communicate with clients, and keep projects moving.

But you're not just checking boxes.

You care whether the corporate gift looks great when someone opens it. You're interested in the merchandise we're producing. You understand why packaging matters. You're excited to see how an event activation turns out. When something doesn't seem quite right, you speak up.

As you learn the business and demonstrate what you're capable of, we want your role to grow. We're a small company, which means there aren't layers of departments or rigid job descriptions standing between you and new opportunities. People who take initiative, learn quickly, and contribute to our success will have the opportunity to take on greater responsibility.

Why Lavish Branding Group?

We're a small team with big plans.

Working at Lavish Branding Group means your contribution matters. You won't be one person buried inside a large department. You'll work closely with account management and company leadership, interact with our clients, and get exposure to nearly every part of our business.

You'll gain hands-on experience across client service, SaaS technology, branded merchandise, creative projects, inventory management, marketing campaigns, corporate gifting, fulfillment, logistics, and project management.

And because we're growing, we believe there are endless opportunities for the right person to grow with us.

We're looking for someone who is excited to come in, learn, contribute, take ownership, and discover where their strengths can take them. As Lavish Branding Group grows, we want the people who help us build it to grow with it.

If you're looking for a highly structured corporate environment where your responsibilities will look exactly the same a year from now, this probably isn't the position for you.

But if you're excited by a small, entrepreneurial team, creative work, meaningful responsibility, and the opportunity to build a career as the company grows, we'd love to meet you.

Lavish Branding Group is an equal opportunity employer. We value creativity, curiosity, professionalism, initiative, organization, attention to detail, and people who take pride in delivering exceptional work for our clients.
