Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks an Analyst, Account Manager to support Access U.S. customers, brokers, and internal teams. You will provide day-to-day operational and service support across eligibility, enrollment, and documentation, contributing to customer satisfaction and membership retention.

You will collaborate with Account Managers and partners to ensure accurate execution, timely issue resolution, and robust customer experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management, customer service, health care operations, benefits administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing benefit information and plan documents.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple business partners and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop basic account plans and strategies to support customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
• Analyze customer data and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operational teams.
• Review benefit grids, SBCs, and plan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities and coordinate key deliverables.
