Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an Analyst, Account Manager to support the Access U.S. customer lifecycle, coordinating with brokers, customers and internal teams.

You will help drive satisfaction and retention through accurate execution and proactive resolution, with responsibilities spanning eligibility, enrollment, documentation and billing support. You will work with Account Managers to deliver consistent, high-quality service, analyze data for opportunities, and maintain essential records

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in account management, customer service, health care operations, benefits administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing benefit information, customer materials, and plan documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple business partners.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop account plans and strategies to support customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
• Analyze customer data, performance metrics and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, brokers and internal partners.
• Participate in customer meetings and communications to support ongoing account management activities.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operational partners and verify member eligibility.
• Review benefit grids and SBC materials to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities through grid review, rate validation, and documentation.
• Assist with billing and inquiries by coordinating with internal partners to resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records and service requests in Salesforce.
• Assist with implementation, renewal and ongoing account management projects.
• Share information and participate in process improvement initiatives during team meetings.
