Qualifications

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in account management, customer service, health care operations, benefits administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated attention to detail when reviewing benefit information, customer materials, and plan documentation.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to coordinate with multiple partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Support the Account Management team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for Access U.S. customers, brokers, and members.
• Analyze customer data, performance metrics, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, brokers, and internal partners.
• Coordinate eligibility and enrollment activities with operational partners.
• Review benefit grids, SBC materials, and plan documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Support renewal activities and assist with billing, commissions, and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce and support implementation and renewal projects.
