Job summary

• Lead the account implementation function for standard and custom group implementations, ensuring readiness, timely execution, and a consistent client experience.
• Oversee the proposal support unit partnering with Sales, Account Management, Underwriting, Product, and Operations to deliver accurate and timely proposal responses.
• Drive strategies to improve sales productivity and efficiency across the customer acquisition and retention lifecycle.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics to identify risks and drive continuous improvement.
