Job summary

Community Impact is seeking an Account Executive in the Houston area to help local businesses grow using our print, digital, and direct-mail advertising solutions. You will consult with clients to tailor advertising plans and build a strong, ongoing book of business through in-person meetings and field work in the Woodlands area and Jersey Village.

The role offers strong annual earnings with monthly bonuses and an uncapped commission structure, plus a gas stipend and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) sales.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
• Ability to grow and manage a book of business over time.
• Willingness to learn and apply the CI Way sales methodology.
• Comfort with scheduling flexibility and field work.

Note: this role requires office hours in Jersey Village on Mondays and as needed for training. However, the vast majority of the role's duties will be conducted from the field in the Woodlands area.
