Job summary

Energy CX is seeking Chicago-based Account Executives to drive revenue growth by pursuing new business with leading CRE firms and manufacturers. You will identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and close deals, acting as a trusted energy advisor throughout the sales cycle.

The role requires a proactive hunter mentality, the ability to build rapport with diverse clients, and a results-driven mindset. Expect uncapped commissions and a fast-paced, growth-focused environment in Chicago.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales; base salary will depend on experience.
• Proven track record of success.

• Hunter mentality with a passion for securing new logos across new categories.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business growth from discovery through close as a trusted energy advisor.
• Develop account plans aligned with Energy CX’s strategy, identifying key decision-makers and opportunities.
• Build relationships to understand goals and expand accounts.
• Own the full sales cycle from exploratory meetings through closing.
• BDR team will provide most exploratory meetings once fully ramped.
