You will join a well-funded revenue team where quota attainment is the scorecard, and you'll have real influence on territory strategy, pricing, and how the sales motion evolves.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a $1.5M+ annual quota across a defined territory, managing the full cycle from cold outreach to signed contract
- Run discovery and product demonstrations over Zoom, translating technical requirements (APIs, integrations, security reviews) into commercial outcomes
- Build and manage pipeline in Salesforce with rigorous forecasting hygiene — weekly pipeline reviews and accurate commit calls
- Coordinate multi-threaded deals across technical evaluators, economic buyers, and procurement, including security questionnaires and POCs
- Partner with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success to ensure clean handoffs and strong renewals/expansion motion
- Negotiate commercial terms using MEDDPICC-style qualification and champion internal deal reviews
- Feed field intelligence back to product and marketing to sharpen positioning and win rates

- Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers with 6-12 month sales cycles and $50K+ ACV deals
- Fluent with modern sales tooling: Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong business acumen — comfortable discussing integrations, data architecture, and ROI models with technical stakeholders
- Excellent written communication and discovery skills; you diagnose before you pitch
- Bachelor's degree in business, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Bonus: Experience with a developer-tools, data-infrastructure, or vertical SaaS product; existing book of relationships in the upper Midwest tech ecosystem
