  1. Engage & Understand Customer Needs: Build relationships with IT personnel and stakeholders to uncover business challenges and objectives.
  2. Solution-Based Selling: Use a consultative sales approach to deliver tailored, value-driven IT performance monitoring and SaaS solutions.
  3. Manage Sales Cycles: Identify and close opportunities across various sales cycles, ensuring strategic prioritization.
  4. Drive Growth & Expansion: Secure new business and expand existing accounts.
  5. Optimize Sales Execution: Allocate resources and align teams to support sales efforts and customer success.
  6. Maintain CRM Accuracy: Keep detailed records in Salesforce, tracking interactions, use cases, and potential risks.
  7. Exceed Targets: Consistently meet and surpass pipeline and revenue goals.

What You'll Need:

  • 10+ years in B2B technology sales
  • Proven ability to exceed $1M+ ARR sales quotas in SaaS or similar roles
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex technologies
  • Strong executive relationship-building skills, engaging C-level stakeholders
  • Success in acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC sales methodology (preferred)
