Qualifications

• 3-7 years of staffing industry experience, ideally in IT, F&A, or skilled trades.
• Experience selling Corp-to-Corp or contract staffing solutions.
• Ability to thrive in a small, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development in IT, Finance & Accounting, and Construction.
• Manage the full client lifecycle — prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, delivering staffing solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with mid-market and enterprise clients.
