Job summary

AtWork Temecula is seeking an Account Executive to build relationships with local companies and organizations. This on-site, full-time role focuses on managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and presenting staffing solutions tailored to client needs.

You will coordinate with recruiting teams, develop proposals, and participate in networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. A strong background in sales or staffing is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management and customer service skills.
• Business development and sales capabilities, including prospecting and closing.
• Organizational and administrative skills with CRM documentation.
• Clear written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• On-site work in Temecula, CA in a fast-paced staffing environment.
• Prior staffing, recruiting, or B2B sales experience is beneficial.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow client relationships and conduct regular outreach to prospective and existing clients.
• Present staffing solutions tailored to workforce needs and develop proposals.
• Coordinate with recruiting teams on job orders and ensure timely service delivery.
• Represent AtWork Personnel Services at networking events and community activities to generate leads.
