Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales and recruiting experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs via lead generation, prospecting, job postings, and outbound calls (cold-calling included).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, employees, and candidate pipeline.
• Work with a mentor and management to hit revenue-based goals.
• Track and record metrics throughout sales processes.
• Negotiate terms in staffing contracts from start to finish.
• Collaborate with internal colleagues to advance our mission.
