• Consultative, discovery-led approach translating needs into business value.
• Experience with strategic account-based prospecting and outbound pipeline generation.
• Proficient with CRM software and sales tools; actively leverage AI.
• Collaborates across departments and mentors junior teammates.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across multiple channels.
• Advise business owners and their accountants/bookkeepers, aligning goals with product capabilities.
• Translate product capabilities into tangible business value for customers.
• Collaborate with teams to innovate and improve the sales process.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with BDR, Marketing, Risk, CX, Revenue Ops, and Enablement.
