We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in the US Market. Your focus will be on selling our innovative


SaaS solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential customers through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demos to understand customer needs and demonstrate the value of our SaaS offerings.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and pipeline development targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
  • Provide feedback from the market to the product and marketing teams to help shape the roadmap and messaging.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and product developments.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in SaaS sales, preferably selling to the US market.
  • Strong experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and credibility quickly with prospects.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Comfortable working across different time zones to align with US business hours.
  • A data-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; additional certifications in sales or SaaS products are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a startup or high-growth SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of the US B2B sales landscape and buying behaviors.
  • Experience with consultative or solution selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN Selling).
