What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect new business opportunities with existing and new customers to build a robust sales pipeline
- Manage a portfolio of major accounts, overseeing the sales process from initial contact to renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets while maintaining accurate records of sales activities in the CRM
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions to meet customer needs
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their challenges

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of direct field sales experience with a proven track record in quota achievement
- Ability to sell complex software solutions to large enterprises with revenues of $500M+
- Experience in solution selling to C-level executives, identifying business challenges and impacts
- Strong self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of managing change effectively
- Ability to develop and execute account plans and work independently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience in the corporate sector and familiarity with artificial intelligence applications in legal operations
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Proven skills in leading detailed sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different departments
