Position Overview

With growing partnerships across collegiate and professional sports, we’re expanding our reach and looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Sales Representative to grow our NCAA licensed business. We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Representative to lead our NCAA licensed apparel sales across retail partners and on-campus bookstore accounts. This individual will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building long-term relationships, and maximizing sell-through of BreakingT’s NCAA collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow sales of NCAA licensed apparel in assigned regions or accounts
  • Build relationships with retail buyers, college bookstores, and campus licensing partners
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within national, regional, and local retail chains, as well as on-campus stores
  • Maintain a deep understanding of NCAA teams, trends, and fan behavior to inform selling strategy
  • Collaborate with creative and production teams to communicate upcoming needs and product trends
  • Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations and seasonal line reviews
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs across wholesale channels
  • Monitor account performance, manage reorders, and ensure timely fulfillment
  • Represent BreakingT at industry trade shows, campus visits, and sporting events
  • Stay current with industry trends, licensing regulations, and competitor activity

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in wholesale apparel sales, preferably in licensed sports or collegiate markets
  • Strong existing relationships within college bookstores or collegiate retail
  • Passion for sports and deep familiarity with NCAA teams and fan culture
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and building new business
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (approximately 30-40% of the time)
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
