What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Present retirement plan and flexible spending account products to decision-makers to close new sales
- Schedule appointments and visit potential referral sources to secure new clients
- Utilize various prospecting methods, including phone calls and seminars, to seek new clients
- Analyze client needs and interests to recommend appropriate products
- Expedite resolution of client issues to ensure satisfaction and retention
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required
- Less than 1 year of relevant experience with successful completion of required training programs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Ability to project a positive image and represent the company effectively
- Must achieve and maintain knowledge of products and sales skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retirement plan sales or financial services
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems
