Renew Home Health is seeking an Account Executive to expand our presence in the Abilene area. In this full-time role, you’ll build and nurture referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and community partners, connecting more patients to home health care.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (home health or hospice a plus).
• A strong local network or ability to build one quickly in the Abilene area.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living communities, and discharge planners.
• Represent Renew Home Health in the community and at local events.
• Educate referral partners on services and what sets the care apart.
• Track leads and follow up consistently to keep the referral pipeline strong.
• Partner with clinical and office teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding.
• Meet and exceed census and growth goals for your territory.

What you’ll do as an Account Executive

• Build and grow referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and discharge planners

What we’re looking for

• Experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or community relations (home health or hospice a plus)
• A strong local network, or the drive to build one quickly in the Abilene area
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A valid Texas driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-driven
