Job summary

Health Watch Home Health is seeking an Account Executive – Home Health to grow referral partnerships, engage physicians, discharge planners, and community partners, and connect patients with high-quality in-home care.

You’ll educate referral sources on eligibility, outcomes, and care coordination while driving census growth through targeted sales and outreach. Travel within 75 miles is required; a valid driver's license is needed.

• Home health, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
• Promote home health services and educate referral sources on eligibility, clinical outcomes, and care coordination
• Drive referral volume and support census growth through targeted sales and marketing activities
• Plan and implement community education and outreach initiatives
• Support the development of new programs and service offerings
• Assist in creating and maintaining annual marketing plans and performance goals
• Maintain accurate referral, physician, and marketing databases
• Coordinate business development efforts within medical networks
• Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process
