Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking an account management professional to support client projects and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. You will act as the main liaison for clients, coordinating with internal teams to ensure assets, status meetings, and project knowledge are effectively shared.
The role requires 1+ years in account management and in a creative agency, with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
The purpose of this role is to provide support and assistance in all areas of managing the client’s business and keeping day to day activities running smoothly.
You will be an integral part of daily client communication as it relates to key information regarding assets, status meetings, and overall project knowledge and process. You will become a trusted partner to the internal team as well as clients proven through your ability to accomplish tasks thoughtfully and work collaboratively towards a common goal. You should always be looking for more opportunities to work on various types of projects/productions to further develop your skills and demonstrate how you can lead the team through a successful campaign from start to finish.
The annual salary range for this position is $62,000-70,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
