As our first sales hire, you will play a critical role in driving our growth and establishing our market presence.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and scrappy Account Executive to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to be a foundational member of our sales team, where you will have the chance to shape our sales strategy and processes. You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing the entire sales cycle, and closing deals. This role requires a proactive, results-driven individual who is comfortable with remote communication and occasional in-person meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads through proactive outreach (email, phone, social media, etc.).
  • Conduct approximately 40-50 interactions per day with prospects.
  • Manage and execute the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand clients' needs and tailor AI-driven solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful implementation of our AI solutions.
  • Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on customer interactions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in a sales development representative (SDR) or business development (Biz Dev) role, preferably in a SaaS or marketplace startup.
  • Experience in the real estate/proptech industry is a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Comfortable working remotely and managing a high volume of interactions daily.
  • Willingness to travel for in-person meetings as necessary.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
