RAYUS Radiology is hiring an Account Executive – Personal Injury to drive PI referral growth across assigned markets. You will develop strategic relationships with PI attorneys, law firms, case managers, and other sources to expand referrals and share of wallet.

The role partners with sales, operations, marketing, and clinical teams to support growth and retention. The position requires building a repeatable PI growth model, starting with 2–3 states and scaling to additional markets, while

Qualifications

• Five years of healthcare sales or related experience with referral development.
• Proven track record of acquiring new PI referral accounts.
• Strong relationship-building and market expansion skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with PI attorneys, law firms, case managers, and other PI referral sources.
• Identify, target, and acquire new PI referral accounts across assigned markets.
• Develop and execute account-specific growth strategies to increase referral volume and market share.
• Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and business reviews with referral partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing for PI-focused campaigns and events.
