Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Utah is seeking an Account Executive – Personal Injury to drive PI referral growth across assigned markets through strategic business development, relationship management, and market expansion. You will partner with local sales, operations, marketing, and clinical teams to grow referrals and expand market share.

This role requires building relationships with PI attorneys and case managers, identifying new PI referral accounts, and developing account-specific growth strategies.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of healthcare sales, business development or related experience with a successful track record.
• Three (3) years' experience using Salesforce CRM or other sales technology.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; may consider equivalent experience.
• Requires 20% travel between corporate center, markets/sites, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic PI referral relationships with attorneys, law firms, case managers and other PI sources.
• Identify, target, and acquire new PI referral accounts across assigned markets.
• Create and execute account-specific growth strategies to increase referrals and market share.
• Conduct in-person meetings, educational presentations, and business reviews with referral partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing to support PI-focused campaigns and events.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, account plans, and activities in Salesforce.
