Primary Job Responsibilities

• Promote KeystoneCare's Palliative and Hospice care services to new and existing referral sources within the community
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, physicians, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet growth and revenue targets for palliative and hospice programs
• Provide education and resources to referral sources to increase awareness of palliative and hospice care benefits
• Attend community events, networking meetings, and educational sessions to represent KeystoneCare and expand the agency's visibility
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions and excellent patient care experience
• Track and report sales and marketing activities and outcomes to management regularly

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in healthcare sales or account management, preferably in hospice, palliative care, or home health sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build rapport and trust
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with ability to work independently
• Knowledge of hospice and palliative care services and Medicare regulations is a plus
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
• Proof of Influenza (Flu) Vaccination or an approved Medical or Religious exemption
